Terms
arke.fun is currently running on Arc Testnet. Tokens launched and traded here are test assets with no monetary value, bought with test currency, and the whole deployment may be reset or replaced without notice.
This is a plain-language description of how the platform works, not a lawyer-drafted agreement. Have it reviewed and replaced before launching publicly.
What arke.fun is
arke.fun is an interface to a set of smart contracts on the Arc blockchain. Tokens are created and traded by those contracts, not by us. We do not take custody of anyone's funds or tokens at any point.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched here are created by anonymous third parties, carry no guarantees, and can lose all of their value. Do your own research and never risk more than you can afford to lose.
Anyone can launch
Launching is permissionless. A token appearing on this site is not an endorsement, a review, or a claim that its creator is who they say they are. Names, symbols and images are chosen by creators and may imitate real people, brands or projects.
Fees
Every buy and sell pays a 1% fee, split 30% to the protocol and 70% to the creator of that token. The fee is charged by the contracts themselves, so it applies to every trade against a launch pool regardless of which interface or router was used. Launching a token is free. See the docs for the full mechanics.
The platform token
Part of the protocol's share of trading fees is used to buy and burn a token this platform promotes. That token is subject to everything above: it is not an investment, it carries no claim on the protocol or its revenue, it entitles a holder to nothing, and nothing about the buy-and-burn is a promise that its price will do anything. The rate and the schedule can be changed or stopped at any time.
No warranty
The site and the contracts are provided as-is. Blockchains are irreversible: a transaction you sign cannot be undone by us. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Network conditions, price movement between quoting and execution, and failed transactions are risks you accept by using the platform.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet and its keys, for the legality of using this platform where you live, and for any tax you owe. If you are barred from using services like this in your jurisdiction, do not use it.
